Job market in Kaneohe Base for tech?

Curious what people think. The unemployment rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Kaneohe Base sits at 232.1 per 100K. With a population of 10,973, Kaneohe Base is a small town. Homes are going for about $390,600 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
