Alright, Just moved here 3 months ago and It's a a smaller city city with about 56,470 people. Household incomes average around $70,691 in Kannapolis. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
