Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 155K, Kansas City is a mid-size city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
