Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 10.2%, which is around average. You can expect to pay around $1,186 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

As someone who grew up here, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. A lot has changed in the past few years though. walkability used to be much competitive but now it's improving.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. the quality of life is solid. Internet is underrated in most areas.

Bought a house here in 2017 and it's exactly what I was looking for. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

I'm a nurse and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
