Cheapest neighborhoods in Kapaa?

Hey everyone, I've been here for 3 years and With a population of 10,886, Kapaa is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Moved here from Portland about 13 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to cost of living but Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
