Hello, I've been here for 14 years and Poverty rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
