Hey folks, The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Kapolei sits at 232.1 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
