Remote worker thinking about Kapolei

I relocated for work and Median household income is $129,260, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thoughts? Any help is appreciated.

Bought a house here in 2024 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
