Kaumakani quality of life -am I missing something?

Hello, Been living here since 2023. Median household income is $89,637, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
