Random thought, Crime rate is something to consider -Kaysville sits at 70.4 per 100K. With a population of 32,861, Kaysville is a smaller city. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Any advice would be great. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
