Hey, Been living here since 2015. Median household income is $128,996, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $583,700, which is pretty steep. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
