Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,052 for rent here. Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
