Grocery stores in Kearney -recommendations?

First post here. You can expect to pay around $1,000 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a nurse who relocated here from Nashville about 5 years ago. The main reasons were school and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are growing, gas is excellent.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
