Dog-friendly places in Kearney?

OK so I've been here for 10 years and Homes are going for about $235,800 on average. You can expect to pay around $922 for rent here. Household incomes average around $69,790 in Kearney. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
