Couple moving to Kearns metro township from out of state

Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,644/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,644 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Would love some local perspective.

I'm a chef and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
