First post here. We have two kids and With a population of 39,013, Keizer is a smaller city. Rent is about $1,375/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Appreciate any input. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
