First post here. I've been here for 7 years and Rent is about $1,985/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 45,598 people. Median household income is $172,654, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Does this match your experience? Thanks in advance!
