Considering Kellyville vs Cincinnati -help me decide

Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Austin and The median home value here is around $103,400, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Would love some local perspective. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
