Studio apartments in Kemp Mill -options?

Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I've been living here for 11 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The healthcare is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
