Crime rate is something to consider -Kemp Mill sits at 356.2 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Would love some local perspective. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
