Hey, Just moved here 9 months ago and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $565,700 on average. The median home value here is around $565,700, which is pretty steep. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thanks in advance! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much stable but now it's challenging.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
