Considering Ken Caryl vs San Francisco -help me decide

Hey, Just moved here 9 months ago and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $565,700 on average. The median home value here is around $565,700, which is pretty steep. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thanks in advance! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to.

I work in tech here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is pretty good. Happy to answer more specific questions..

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much stable but now it's challenging.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
