Ken Caryl housing prices -when will it stop?

Random thought, Homes are going for about $565,700 on average. With a population of 33,407, Ken Caryl is a smaller city. Median household income is $116,838, which feels pretty solid for the area. Does this match your experience? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is pet-friendliness. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 8 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the nightlife is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Pine Hills side vs the The Heights side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
