Is Kendale Lakes good for remote workers?

Just moved here 5 months ago and Homes are going for about $378,100 on average. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. Rent is about $1,863/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,863 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- The nightlife scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for retirees. Happy to answer more specific questions..
