Kendale Lakes job market vs Cleveland

OK so I relocated for work and It's a a smaller city city with about 52,141 people. Poverty rate is 9.0%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Used to live on the Sunset side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
