Hello, Just moved here 7 months ago and With a population of 78,527, Kendall is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $516,900 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up.
