How is Kendall for outdoor activities?

I'm originally from Tucson and Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $516,900 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,808 for rent here. Rent is about $1,808/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thanks! The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. it's exactly what I was looking for. Worth doing your research before committing.
