Is Kendall worth moving to in 2026?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $83,664 in Kendall. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Used to live on the Meadowbrook side, now on the Fairview side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.
