Kendall housing prices -when will it stop?

First post here. Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,808 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Baltimore it's pretty good.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want food scene, then yeah this place is great. But if healthcare matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much developing but now it's decent.

Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.
