Studio apartments in Kendall -options?

Hello, I'm a remote worker and With a population of 78,527, Kendall is a smaller city. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? Appreciate any input. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 10 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Highland side vs the Springfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
