Weekend activities in Kendall?

Longtime lurker here, I work in healthcare and Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. Homes are going for about $516,900 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The outdoor recreation is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 12 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The North side vs the Oak Park side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
