Hello, I work in education and Crime rate is something to consider -Kendall Park sits at 68.6 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 10,765 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
