Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 35,492, Kendall West is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Kendall West sits at 231.7 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
