Quick question about Kenilworth

I'm retired and Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $3,501 for rent here. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any advice would be great. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
