Pros and cons of Kenmore after 12 years

Random thought, Military spouse here. Rent is about $1,035/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Thoughts?

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Sunset area are excellent. Kids love it here.
