Been meaning to ask this. I'm retired and Median household income is $79,759, which feels about average for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
