Relocating to Kennesaw, GA -pros and cons?

So, Homes are going for about $291,300 on average. With a population of 33,627, Kennesaw is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,763 for rent here. Rent is about $1,763/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Highland area are excellent. Kids love it here.
