Been meaning to ask this. I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 8.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 33,627 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
