What Kennesaw does better than anywhere else

Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Rent is about $1,763/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.
