Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 20s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Kennett sits at 879.8 per 100K. Poverty rate is 12.0%, which is around average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
