Kennett is underrated, change my mind

Longtime lurker here, We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $53,164 in Kennett. With a population of 10,236, Kennett is a small town. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. As someone who grew up here, I'm still on the fence after all this time. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much manageable but now it's tough.

Bought a house here in 2019 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
