What surprised you most about Kennett Square?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 6,096, Kennett Square is a small town. Rent is about $1,243/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Definitely worth checking out..

Bought a house here in 2022 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
