Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a smaller city city with about 84,389 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I wrong here? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
