Hello, You can expect to pay around $1,137 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to.
