Alright, I've been here for 3 years and Homes are going for about $92,200 on average. Rent is about $683/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $27,839 in Kensett. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
