Anyone work in healthcare in Kensington?

Curious what people think. Poverty rate is 0.7%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. Good luck with whatever you decide..
