First time home buyer in Kentfield

I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $2,482/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned? The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.

The food scene here is hit or miss. Tons of great Asian places. it's been a really good experience overall.
