Hi all, I've been here for 15 years and With a population of 7,128, Kentfield is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 7,128 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Kentfield sits at 161.6 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $2,482 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? The food scene here is surprisingly good.
