Random thought, Just moved here 13 months ago and Rent is about $2,482/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $2,000,001 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What are your go-to spots? The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
