Longtime lurker here, Poverty rate is 6.2%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,205/month for a decent place. Median household income is $73,647, which feels about average for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
