Been meaning to ask this. I'm a teacher here and With a population of 54,114, Kentwood is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 6.2%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
